If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on the BlazorPlate Website, and will take effect thirty (30) days after notification. Your continued use of the BlazorPlate Website after such thirty (30) day period constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the BlazorPlate Website before the new terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any updates or changes.

8. Account Termination

BinaryPlates reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the BlazorPlate Website if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Except in cases of egregious violations (such as fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or illegal activity), BinaryPlates will provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure the violation before termination. Upon termination, your right to access the BlazorPlate Website ceases, but any licenses previously purchased remain governed by the EULA.

The BlazorPlate Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BinaryPlates. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that BinaryPlates shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party content or services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BinaryPlates, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the BlazorPlate Website or any violation of these Terms and Conditions. Your indemnification obligations under this section are capped at the purchase price of the Software paid by you to BinaryPlates.

11. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us at info@blazorplate.net within thirty (30) days of the charge to resolve the issue. BinaryPlates will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution, as initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of your account and your access to the Software for the duration of the dispute resolution process. If a chargeback is filed and subsequently resolved in favor of BinaryPlates, BinaryPlates reserves the right to charge you for any associated administrative fees.

12. Electronic Communications

By creating an account on the BlazorPlate Website, you consent to receive electronic communications from BinaryPlates, including but not limited to account notifications, service updates, and promotional messages related to the Software. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us at info@blazorplate.net.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BinaryPlates with respect to the BlazorPlate Website and Software, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
