GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Please review the terms and conditions outlined below regarding refunds. By purchasing an extension or software from BinaryPlates, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY

Our products are downloadable and include fully functional source code. Each product features an online demo for evaluation prior to purchase. If a product does not have a demo, we provide additional resources such as image previews and videos to help you understand its functionality.

  1. Before purchasing a license, please check the FAQ page and try the online demo to ensure that our product meets your needs. For modules without a demo, review the specification page carefully. If you have further inquiries, contact us before making a purchase.
  2. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an invoice via email. You can download BlazorPlate immediately through your browser after payment, and you will have access to the source code in our GitHub repository at any time after purchase. An invitation link to our GitHub repo will be sent to the email address used for the purchase.
  3. After purchase, our technical support team is available to assist you with any inquiries. You can reach out to our support staff at support@blazorplate.net.
  4. If you encounter a significant issue affecting your software experience, please submit a support ticket via email to support@blazorplate.net, describing the issue for assistance.
  5. We may require specific access levels to diagnose and resolve reported issues, ensuring that customer data security and privacy are respected. Access requirements may include admin UI access and/or backend source code access. Customers can request a static IP address or a VPN server before sharing any sensitive data.
  6. Payments made for customizations of our modules are non-refundable.
  7. If a customer inadvertently makes multiple purchases of the same product using the same email address, previous purchases will be eligible for a refund.
  8. In exceptional cases, we may offer to replace inadvertently purchased products with alternatives available in our store. However, the substituted product will be considered non-refundable.
  9. Refunds will not be issued on the grounds of "changing our mind." Customers must provide evidence of a major product malfunction and assist in diagnosing the issue before requesting a refund. Refunds cannot be requested solely based on a change of mind.
  10. Refunds cannot be requested solely based on a code quality review. While we strive to ensure software quality and compatibility with current platforms, customers are expected to accept our coding practices.
